Prices displayed on the website or social media platforms are subject to change and can be changed at the sole discretion of the business owner at any time. Cakes are made to order and prices will vary from order to order. Prices displayed on website are a guide starting price and a full quote for an order will be given at the time of placing and order. 

For larger orders or complex detailed orders we will require a small non refundable deposit to be able to secure your order.

We need approximately 4-7 days notice for orders, sometimes a longer for even larger orders so please book your order in within enough time to avoid disappointment. 

However, we understand things can be last minute or you may need your goodies in a hurry so please contact us and we will do our upmost to accommodate your orders!

Please advise me of any allergens you or anyone has before completing your order. Allergen information will be provided to you upon ordering. We can do our best to accommodate some of your dietary needs, however please note although great care will always be taken with any orders, all orders are made within a domestic kitchen that handles most main allergens, therefore we unable to provide any Free From products due to the risk of traces or cross contamination of allergens. How it Works

If you have ordered via postal delivery, your package will be sent out via Royal Mail 1st Class and should arrive within 1 day of it being dispatched. Postage will be tracked. Postage Costs are covered by the customer and will be added onto the order total. Payment for your order must be paid in full at time of booking if the order is to be posted that week. If a postal order is made far in advance, I will message you a week before your order is due to be dispatched to confirm your order and take payment. Failure to pay for your order will result in the order being cancelled.
Appropriate measures will be in place to ensure safe delivery, however once the package is with the courier, Millie Moo Bakes can no be held liable for any damage, loss or theft of the parcel. If there is an issue with the package or delivery, send us a message as soon as possible and we will deal with the matter accordingly.
